WV is back and we're doing it again!

We're so glad that you were able to attend the first annual WV State Rally in 2012 we're hoping you can make it back for this year's rally!

Great things are being planned for this year's WV State Rally.  It is once again being held at Holly Gray Park in Flatwoods, WV, May 31, June 1-2, 2013.   

We've got multiple rides, including another "Ladies Only" ride, Biker games, vendors, raffles and so much more.  The host hotel will be the Day's Inn in Flatwoood's but the Sutton Inn and the Microtel are options as well.  For those who want to stay close to the action camping at Holly Gray Park is still available and a few beds are still open in the bunkhouses on a first come first serve basis.  It's all on our website so check out the complete details at  http://www.wvscrc.com/

Last year we proudly made a $4,000 donation to St Jude's and once again, the proceeds from our Rally will be supporting St Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Meet & Great

Charlottesville and Shenandoah Chapters will be hosting the Meet & Greet.
Date is set for April 20/2013.

Motel 6 in Staunton. We have a great rate if we can book enough rooms early enough. Rate is $45.99 + tax. Hotel: Motel 6, 96 Baker Ln, Staunton VA 24401, Phone # 540-248-5111, exit 225 off of Interstate 81.

Price of room is $ 45.99 per night plus taxes. when S.C.RC members call ask for the S.CR.C Meet and Greet for the Discount, the cut off date is April 9,2013. The Members can use my cell phone # and call me if they have trouble which is 434 825 7823.

A state officers meeting will be held at 2 PM and the Town hall will be at 4 PM. Afterwards there will be a ride over to the restaurant.  Since the Motel has changed they no longer serve breakfast so there are several restaurants in the area with in just a couple of minutes of the motel.

Officers will meet in private then we will want to meet with all members to let you know who we are. And to inform you on the big and what I think are exciting plans for the Va.SCRC.

The Meal has been canceled, they will give money back at the meeting.
